Garlic Honey Chicken

This is my first creative recipe - garlic honey chicken. It is very tasty, easy to cook, uses easily available utensils and ingredients and my family loves it. And it is more healthy than fried chicken. I am not a trained chef and if I can cook it, so can you.

Utensils

  • electric juicer
  • turbo broiler

Ingredients

  1. whole chicken or chicken drumsticks or chicken breast
  2. 10 or more cloves of garlic
  3. honey

Method

Smash the garlic cloves one by one 2 to three times with the flat of the chopper and throw away the "skin" when the "skin" is separated from the inside "meat". Turn on the juicer and feed the deskinned garlic cloves into the juicer. Collect both the pulp and the garlic juice and mix them with honey to form the marinade. Rub the marinade over the chicken and leave it for a few hours to let the marinade soak into the chicken.

Distribute the marinated chicken or chicken pieces over the rack in the turbo broiler. Turbo broil and let the fats and oil drip down. Turbo broil until the chicken is browned. Do not overcook.

This garlic honey chicken is both tasty and more healthy as much of the unhealthy fats and oil had been removed from the chicken
